Villa FINCA CAN BOSCO 8 in Son Carrió, Balearic Islands

The two-storey house is characterised by its rustic stone style. At the entrance there is a comfortable living room where you can watch satellite TV and marvel at the character of the decorative wood-burning cooker. The spacious kitchen-dining room has a gas hob, a bar with stools and a fireplace. This floor is completed by a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, both with double beds. On the first floor, there are the other two bedrooms, also with double bed, independent furnished terrace and en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a shower and a bathtub and the other bathroom has a bathtub only. All four bedrooms are equipped with AC, fan and wardrobe. For the winter, the house has central heating. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

This villa features a fantastic chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 2.65 metres. There also is a round children pool with a diameter of 2 metres and a water depth of 0.5 metres. The exterior shower is perfect to cool down after sunbathing on one of the 12 sun loungers. In addition, there is a great lawn area surrounding the pool and the house that includes a natural pond, which is ideal to enjoy a nice walk while admiring the landscape. Finally there are two furnished porches that invite to enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
