Villa Kadal in Tuscany is a real jewel located in a strategic position in the town of Marina di Grosseto, just 50 meters from the beach and 200 from the town center with its restaurants, bars, shops and markets.
The entrance gate leads to a small garden which also overlooks a beautiful sheltered terrace for your outdoor lunches and dinners.

Upon entering, on the ground floor you find a large bright living room furnished with sofa and armchairs and with a large dining table. From the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a French door opens directly onto the terrace furnished with table and chairs. On the ground floor there is also a small bathroom with shower and, under the stairs, a compartment that houses the washing machine.

On the first floor is the sleeping area and another bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. There are three bedrooms: two doubles, one of which with a small terrace, and a bedroom with two single beds. All rooms are bright, spacious and tastefully furnished.
The bedrooms on the first floor are air conditioned.

Guests of Villa Kadal also have the opportunity to rent an umbrella and two deck chairs at Bagno Capri (50 meters away) at a special agreed price.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.

This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.

The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.
