This lovely apartment is situated in Kitzbuhel, near the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. Ideal for a family, there are 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 guests. This stay has a furnished balcony that offers amazing views of the surroundings.

The apartment is centrally located and is only 300 m from the town centre. If you run out of your essentials, the nearest supermarket is 400 m. Take a refreshing dip in the public swimming pool just 600 m away. The ski bus is 1000 m from the stay. For a pleasant day out, the lake lies 2 km away.

A furnished garden is accessible if you wish to have outdoor afternoon tea or stretch out in the sun. A kitchen with dining table, toaster, cooker, oven and dishwasher is in place for you to use. Parking is available.

Check in begins from 3-6 PM and check out is from 8-10 AM.

Das Haus ist in Bezug auf das Dorf und die Aufzüge gut gelegen und sehr ruhig. Sanitäranlagen müssen erneuert werden und sind nicht hygienisch. Die Betten im Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer sind nicht sehr bequem (Schlafsofas). Alles etwas chaotisch.
Zusätzlich zur Miete noch einmal 200! Euro für Endreinigung, Kurtaxe und Bettwäsche (4 Personen) müssen bezahlt werden

Ankunft und Kontrolle war sehr effizient und freundlich. Der einzige Kommentar ist, dass das Büro für Schlüssel 10-15 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar - sauber, geräumig, charmant, komfortabel und ausgezeichnete Lage. Jedes mögliche Gerät inklusive und es fühlt sich wie ein Zuhause in der Ferne an. 5-10 zu Fuß zur Gondel zum Skifahren. Tolle Aussicht auf die Pisten vom Balkon. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ankunft und Check-in verliefen sehr effizient und freundlich. Der einzige Kommentar ist, dass das Büro für die Schlüsselübergabe 10 bis 15 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt liegt.
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar – sauber, geräumig, charmant, komfortabel und in ausgezeichneter Lage. Alle möglichen Geräte sind enthalten und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. 5-10 Fußweg zur Gondel zum Skifahren. Tolle Aussicht auf die Pisten vom Balkon. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ankunft gut, Unterkunft gut, sauber und gut beschrieben. Die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, fußläufig zum Zentrum und zur Gondel, auch mit Skischuhen.
Es fehlte ein Satz Bettwäsche, wurde aber schnell behoben.
Der Nachteil der Organisation ist, dass sie uns Skipässe für zwei Wochen später bei der Ankunft verkauft hat, also schauen wir mal nach.

1 Satz Bettwäsche fehlte, wurde aber schnell behoben.
Minuspunkt der Organisation, dass sie uns später bei der Ankunft Skipässe für 2 Wochen verkauften, also überprüfen.
