The perfect location of the apartment house, in Reith near Kitzbühel, guarantees peace and relaxation on the one hand and a convenient connection to Kitzbühel and the surrounding ski areas on the other. Our apartments can be rented all year round. Sun terrace in the countryside, close to the forest, Reith near Kitzbühel, best design, Our apartment house is located near the edge of a forest, in the middle of a beautiful landscape. From our garden you have a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains Hahnenkamm, Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser
The perfect location, in Reith near Kitzbühel, guarantees peace and relaxation on the one hand and convenient connections to Kitzbühel and the surrounding ski areas on the other.
Apartment 3 is 55 m² in size and suitable for 4 people. It has a beautiful bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and a pull-out double sofa bed can accommodate a total of 4 people.
Tenants have free use of the apartment terrace and terrace furniture. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbühel Horn.
There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer available.

PARKING: the parking place for this apartment is opposite the house (see house rules)

In the immediate vicinity are: the mountain railway (4 km), leisure facilities such as outdoor swimming pools (6 km), the Schwarzsee seaside resort (4 km), a golf course (3 km), a riding stable and a tennis court (1 km) as well as supermarkets and restaurants ( 1.5km).
Because of its favorable location, the diversity of the landscape and the originally preserved village character, the small town of Reith with its 1,717 inhabitants is a recognized neighbor to the city of Kitzbühel and a popular place for those guests who are looking for peace and relaxation

Bei heißem Wetter bleibt das Haus schön kühl. In der Küche kratzt es.

Die Lage war großartig. Wir sind direkt an der Strecke.
Leider gab es im Ferienhaus kein Besteck. das habe ich gefragt. Nie erhalten. Habe auch eine Nachricht geschickt, aber keine Antwort bekommen. In den Lampen hingen Spinnweben.
Es dauerte fünfzehn Minuten, bis die Dusche warm wurde. Für 1 Woche erhält man pro Person 2 Handtücher. 3 wäre besser gewesen.
Das Schlimmste, was ich fand, war das Besteck. Zum Glück sind nur Niederländer im Haus. Ich habe gefragt.

Hier zu bleiben war eine Stimmung! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Skifahren und zu den nahegelegenen Freibädern, Die gemütlichen Innenräume sind etwas ganz Besonderes und die Aussicht von der Terrasse? Einfach wow, Die Gastgeber waren auch super nett, machten alles einfach, Komme auf jeden Fall zurück
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, Das Apartment war groß genug für unsere Gruppe, und wir schätzten die durchdachten Annehmlichkeiten wie die Waschmaschine und den Trockner, Es war ein bisschen eine Fahrt zu den Skiliften, aber die ruhige Umgebung machte es lohnenswert, Würde auf jeden Fall in Betracht ziehen, zurückzukehren!
Atemberaubende Aussichten von der Terrasse, perfekt für einen romantischen Abend, Der Sauna war ein schöner Akzent nach einem langen Skitag
