Our guests can enjoy their lunch and dinner outdoors on the two beautiful terraces that the apartment offers. The first one is at the front and the second one at the back with access from the bedrooms and where you can also lie on the sunbed and revel in the sun.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
