Unzumutbare Zustände
Der Wasserschaden im Bad ist natürlich umgehend behoben worden und hatte seine Ursache im Geschoss darüber. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde das gesamte Apartment neu gestrichen. Alle inzwischen angereisten Gästen waren folglich mit diesem großen Apartment - von denen es in Hamburg nur eine überschaubare Anzahl gibt - sehr zufrieden.
Schade ist natürlich, dass die Gäste einfach abgereist sind ohne zuvor mit uns in Kontakt zu treten: Gern hätten wir ein Alternativ-Apartment angeboten. Diese Gelegenheit wurde uns jedoch aufgrund der mangelhaften Kommunikationsbereitschaft dieser Gäste genommen - wirklich schade !
