Villa ù Pantan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom is farmhouse with fully air conditioning and private swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. The house is on two floors, the first has the living room with a beautiful fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen with doors leading onto a covered veranda with ample dining space and spectacular views over the countryside and out to sea. A wonderful space to relax on a summers evening. The master bedroom with a double and with bunk bed has doors opening onto a covered veranda overlooking the countryside and pool and a bathroom .
On the ground floor there is a second bedroom with a double and single bed with doors opening out onto the garden and pool and a second batharoom. is a narrow spiral staircase leading to the ground floor or it can be entered via the garden.
To note: There is a narrow gravel track of approximately 800 meters leading to the farmhouse and it is not recommended for low sports cars. There is parking for two cars. Smoking inside the house is not allowed.

From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at imperia ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza.

Erholsame Tage mit der Familie in einem tollen Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung
Der Besitzer Ignazio ist ein liebenswerter und hilfsbereiter Mensch.
Zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Im nahegelegenen Ort ( ca. 800m auf einer Buckelpiste) gibt es 2 nette Restaurants und den kleinen Laden des Besitzers.
Das Highlight für unsere Kinder waren neben dem Pool die beiden äußerst zutraulichen und verschmusten Katzen!
Entspannung pur
Die Lage ist absolut idyllisch, man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, es gibt keinen Nachbarn & der Pool verspricht Badespaß.
Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet, alles war sauber und gepflegt bei unsere Anreise. Mir hat einer großer Spiegel gefehlt, der Fön war nicht vorhanden & in der Dusche müsste ein neuer Duschschlauch sowie ein neuer Duschkopf Halter angebracht werden.
Wir wollten im Urlaub entspannen & unsere Ruhe haben und konnten es in dieser Umgebung auch finden.
Tipp: Ignazio Gusciglio stellt sein eigens Olivenöl her & auch sonst viele Leckere Produkte, ein Gang in sein Shop lohnt.
