Your Pool Villa Olivia (Can Granot (ETV-ID: VT/2046) is situated between Cas Concos and Santanyi, close to one of the most beautiful beaches Europe has to offer, Playa Es Trenc.
Through the entrance gate, you arrive at your Villa Olivia. The outdoor area is equipped with numerous, shade-providing umbrellas and has been lovingly decorated with colorful flowers.
Through the large wooden portal, you enter the spacious foyer, which can also serve as a dining room and leads you into the kitchen. It is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee maker, ceramic hob, and other kitchen utensils.
To the right of the foyer is a small hallway leading to the bathroom and the living area.
At the back of the hall, on the right and left sides, there is a sleeping area with a double bed each and a connecting room with a single bed.
The generous upper floor impresses with historical craftsmanship, natural stone walls, and antique furniture.
Here you will find 4 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have 2 single beds and are adjacent to a large lounge on the right and left. A hallway leads you to the other bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. In one of the bedrooms, an additional person can sleep on a single bed.
Furthermore, there is a bathroom and a roof terrace with separate access to the courtyard of the villa.
The outdoor area offers plenty of space, a beautiful large barbecue, outdoor furniture, sun umbrellas, and the separate pool area, which always invites you to take a dip in the cool water!
The third bathroom is located outside.

We are also not liable for the constant availability of installations such as central heating, pool, etc., or for noise disturbance due to construction activities on neighboring properties without time limitation. If the use of the rental property is not possible due to force majeure and no alternative property can be provided, liability is limited to a maximum of the agreed remaining payment. Liability for temporary disruptions in water/electricity supply or disturbances due to natural or local conditions is excluded.
In the event of service disruptions, the customer is obliged to do everything within the legal provisions to contribute to the rectification of the disruption and to minimize any damage that may have occurred. The tenant is required to check the inventory of the rental property upon arrival and to report any defects to the owner within 24 hours so that they can be remedied. Also, any other complaints about the rental property must be reported to the owner immediately. The tenant must report any damages caused during their stay to the owner and treat the accommodation and its inventory with care.
The rented accommodation must be left clean, i.e., swept and tidy.
Arrival/Departure: The rental property can be occupied from approximately 2:00 PM on the day of arrival; on the day of departure, the tenant must leave the house by 10:00 AM at the latest. If the tenant wishes to stay longer in the property on the day of departure, this must be arranged on-site with the landlord or their representative.
Pets: Bringing pets requires the written permission of the owner. The tenant is liable for all damages caused by the animal. In any case, a security deposit of €500 is agreed with the intermediary, which will be refunded after the stay.
The Spanish term Finca is certainly familiar to many travelers, but some might be surprised to hear that it originally means farmhouse. Especially in the agriculturally dominated south of Mallorca, in the area around Campos and at Es Trenc, many partly very old farmhouses are marketed for tourism. It is not uncommon for animals to be kept there. Feel free to inquire about this with us beforehand.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub und 60.Geburtstag dort verbracht.Sie liegt im Landesinneren ,aber mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen(Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten)Sie ist groß und es gibt genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten und wenn man draußen unter dem Sonnensegel sitzt ,hat man Urlaub

Una villa genial , para pasar unos días de tranquilidad. Ein geniales Haus um einige ruhige Tage zu verbringen. Buena piscina, camas cómodas y lugares comunes amplios. Schönes Schwimmbad bequeme Betten, grosse Aufenthaltsräume.

Super schöne Finca mit großem Pool bei Cas Concos
Das Haus war blitzsauber und absolut einzigartig. Wer in einer ECHTEN mallorquinischen Finca Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier richtig. Jeder von unseren 10 Mitreisenenden hatte seinen Rückzugsort, denn das Haus ist riesig.
Der Pool ist groß und die Bäume werfen teilweise Schatten, sodass jeder von uns auf seine Kosten kam :-) Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück hat es immer ein leichten Wind - einfach himmlisch - Mega toll fanden wir den großen Tisch mit den Segeln. Wir haben jeden Abend dort zusammen gegessen, gegrillt und einfach eine super Zeit gehabt.

Urlaub mit einer Freundes Gruppe
Hallo Marisol, vielen Dank für die Bewertung.
Der Pool gehört mit seinen 10x5 Metern zu den größten Schwimmbadgrößen die wir hier auf der Insel haben.
Größer ist sehr sehr selten.
Eine Klimaanlage würde den Mietpreis von zur Zeit ca. 30 Euro/pro Person erhöhen und ehrlich gesagt, weiß ich auch nicht, wo wir die Maschinen anbringen sollten???Aussen am Haus würde es das ganze Fincabild zerstören.
Das Haus liegt mit seinen fast 300qm Wohnfläche auf einer Erhöhung und es weht immer eine Brise durch das ganze Haus. Mit ein paar Tricks und Tipps lässt es sich hervorragend auch tagsüber im Haus schlafen. Aber Hauptsache ist, dass ihr in der Nacht gut schlafen konntet und das will bei 36 Grad Aussentemperatur schon was heißen :-) Klasse, dass es euch gefallen hat !! LG Angi
Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in der urigen Finca Olivia
Platz hat man hier mehr als reichlich! An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Zimmer, Bäder, sowie die gesamte Finca waren sehr sauber und es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
Der Sitzplatz auf dem Hof ist echt super, da an dieser Stelle immer ein angenehmer Windzug geht.
Der Pool hat die richtige Größe für 8 Pers.
Zu den schönsten Buchten im Süden ist es nur ein Katzensprung entfernt und gerade mit Kindern sehr schön, da diese nicht lange im Auto sitzen möchten, um endlich am Strand zu spielen und schwimmen zu gehen. Eine perfekte und wirklich sehr nette Beratung bei der Buchung, sonstigen Fragen und Betreuung vor Ort gab es von Angelika persönlich!
