Descripción
The 300 m2 house is distributed over two floors and has six bedrooms, two on the ground floor with two single beds each, and four on the first floor, two with double beds and two with a single bed each. A cot and a high chair are available. There are four bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the first floor with shower and three on the ground floor, all with shower. The living room is very cosy and has a large sofa, a small table and TV-Sat. The kitchen-dining room, independent and vitro, has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Pets welcome. Maximum 3 pets
A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
Events are not allowed.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Wir sind jedes Jahr immer wieder begeistert und freuen uns beim Abflug bereits wieder auf das nächste Mal.
Zu den nächstliegenden Stränden ist es nicht weit (etwa 10 min. mit dem Auto) und in Felanitx sind alle Supermärkte vetreten.
Ich kann das Haus absolut empfehlen :-)
Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub
Der Pool ist klasse. Zwei Stufen ermöglichen einen super Eintritt ins Wasser und einen prima Spielbereich für die Kinder. Das Tor bietet Sicherheit, dass die kleinen Kinder sich nicht alleine auf den Weg ins Wasser machen. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Highlight ist die Outdoorküche mit dem Pizzasteinofen und großem Grill!
Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Haus liegt in der Nachbarschaft aus Ferienhäusern und Einheimischen, die man aber aus dem Gartenbereich nicht sieht. Man schaut immer ins Grüne. Nachts hört man die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft (wie auf jeder Finca, die wir bisher besucht haben).
