Extrajudicial costs associated with the demand for payment of the unpaid or partially unpaid rental amount are at the tenant's expense.
3. Cancellation.

Please notify us as soon as possible. However, you remain liable for the rental amount.
Only written cancellations will be processed.
There will be no deviation from this rule.
4. Liability.
We are not responsible for any damages, accidents, losses, or other irregularities that may occur to guests during their stay.
