The (bedroom) apartment, which was completely renovated in spring 2019 and partially renovated in autumn 2022, is on the 2nd floor, is a cozy 34m² and is suitably equipped for 2 people.
The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa set, an armchair for relaxing, a small dining table, a new smart TV, a DVD player and a stereo system.
This ensures a cozy get-together in the north German sunshine. If it gets too warm, a standing fan provides cooling.
The bedroom has a double bed with single mattresses (90cm x 200cm), a newly designed TV wall with another smart TV for cozy evenings and a book chest for reading enthusiasts with the odd bedtime read.
The new, bright kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven, a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave and leaves almost nothing to be desired.
An integrated wall cupboard creates enough storage space for all travel items and the bathroom also shines in new splendor with its shower, a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
For beach lovers, a free beach chair is also available from May 1st, 2025 to September 15th, 2025 for wonderful hours on the sandy beach in Timmendorfer with the relaxing sound of the Baltic Sea.
A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
