High-altitude holiday home in Sandersvig with a completely unique view of the Little Belt and life on the water. After a perhaps active day, you can relax in the outdoor and covered wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor shower, where of course there is also hot and cold water. The cottage is ready for the summer of 2021 and provides plenty of space to frolic and has many very special details, e.g. walled fireplace with glass door. The house is furnished with a sloping ceiling. Against the water you get large windows, which make the house very bright. From the large kitchen / living room and living room you have a panoramic view of the water, so you can follow the boats on the water while cooking. In the separate activity room you can have many hours to go in a good and fun way with both billiards and table tennis and even a dart board. There are four spacious bedrooms as well as a spacious loft. The house is surrounded by terraces, where you can enjoy the outdoors with e.g. barbecue and play. The house also has several covered terrace areas and in addition 180 m2 of open terrace areas and the architect has designed the house so you do not go down on views and lovely places for outdoor life and relaxation from morning to evening. Even from the Jacuzzi you have the most beautiful view of the water. For children and playful adults, you will find the opportunity to use a swing, football goal and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). It is possible to charge an electric car at the house. With this house, up to 6 people get free daily access to Slotssøbadet in Kolding. Not for rent to youth groups.

Gute Lage zum Strand, hinter dem Haus waren direkt eingezäunt Hirsche welche gefüttert werden dürfen, Haus mit zwei Wohnflügeln ist gut für zwei Familien geeignet,

Der Wohnraum war riesig und super bequem, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, Die Kinder liebten den Spielplatz und den Wasserpark in der Nähe, Ich meine, wer genießt nicht ein gutes Barbecue im Garten? Auch der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war! Ein bisschen weit vom Flughafen, aber ehrlich gesagt, es lohnt sich für die Ruhe und Stille,

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen Ferienhaus! Die Kinder liebten den Wasserpark und den Spielplatz, während wir nach einem langen Tag die Sauna genossen, Die Lage ist perfekt – nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Sandersvig Beach, Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien!
