The house is located a little above Leinsweiler. It is located on a south-facing slope, right on the edge of the forest on a natural plot of approx. 600 m² and numerous chestnut trees.

The quiet location and the area around the house create a dreamlike atmosphere that invites you to relax. Children can discover nature on their doorstep or play in the forest or on the property.

The house is built in the roof-only construction and mainly made of wood and offers space for up to 4 people.
It is comfortably furnished and has gas central heating. The spacious living / dining area, cloakroom and both bedrooms are lovingly furnished.

Wir verbrachten ein paar schön Tage mit unserer Enkelin im Ferienhaus Am Rehsteig.
Die Buchung und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert.
Das gemütliche Nurdachhaus liegt an einem Hang mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge.
Die Terrasse mit Markise lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Innen ist das Haus gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Gastgeber hatte noch ein paar tolle Ausflugstips für uns.
Rundum eine gelungene Unterkunft!

Das Haus liegt schön am Waldrand. Es ist zweckmäßig und mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Wir haben die 2 Wochen bei bestem Wetter genossen. Herr Wittenberg ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber.
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful place in the middle of nature.
You can enjoy beautiful walks from the cottage, children can play in the garden and the adjacent forest.
A nice place to go in May and enjoy the scents and the chirping concert of all the birds! We really came to rest, recommended!

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand. Besonders gut hat uns das gepflegte Grundstück um das Haus herum gefallen. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns (fast) wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :-)

For lovers of peace & quiet: immediatly book this house! The view from the very sunny balcony which is situated to the south is stunning. In the house you find everything you need.

Wir haben die Woche in diesem ruhigen, schön gelegenen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Auf dem großen Balkon mit Markise konnte man die herrliche Aussicht in den Pfälzerwald und in den schön angelegten Hanggarten genießen. Vor dem Balkon sprang gleich am ersten Tag ein Reh durch den Garten. Ein Eichhörnchen besuchte uns regelmäßig. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns mit einem kleinen Feldblumenstrauß und zwei Fläschchen Pfälzer Wein begrüßt. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss sind klein, aber gemütlich und lassen sich auch bei warmem Wetter durch kühle Luft vom Kastanienwald gut lüften. Unterhalb vom Garten zwei Parkplätze, die durch Büsche verdeckt den schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse nicht beeinträchtigen. Sehr empfehlenswerte FeWo!

Das schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhäuschen im Pfälzer Wald. Das Feriendorf in Leinsweiler wurde in den 70er Jahren gebaut, das Haus wurde seitdem aber modernisiert. Der große Balkon am Wohnzimmer bietet eine tolle Aussicht und viel Platz für ein Frühstück oder Abendessen mit der Familie. Die kleine Küche ist zwar ohne Spülmaschine und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man findet dort aber alles was man braucht. Im oberen Stockwerk sind die beiden Schlafzimmer. Im Zimmer nach vorne hat man eine unglaublich schöne Aussicht, vom hinteren Zimmer schaut man direkt in den Kastanien-Wald. Das Haus ist extrem ruhig gelegen und ansprechend eingerichtet.
