Urlauben in schöner Umgebung
Sehr entspannt das alles. Einen Ofen gibt es auch. Mit ein wenig Fantasie könnte man sich auch eine Urlaubswoche im Dezember vorstellen. Die Küche ist funktional. Auch hier: alles da, was man braucht - und was man nicht unbedingt erwartet hätte: einen Kaffee-Vollautomaten zum Beispiel . Kurzum: hier wird keine Ferien-Immobilie vermietet, sondern ein Ferienhaus von einem sehr netten Vermieter, der jeden Gast persönlich empfängt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Erholungsurlaub
Traumhäuschen im Pfälzer Wald
Es ist modern eingerichtet und sehr hell mit den vielen Fenstern, durch die man überall Bäume sieht. Durch die vielen Accessoires wird das Haus sehr wohnlich und gemütlich.
Das Bad ist neuwertig und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden und geschmackvoll, sogar eine Mikrowelle und eine Waschmaschine werden angeboten.
Im Obergeschoß befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten, auch für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend.
Das Haus steht absolut ruhig am Waldrand, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen - auch im Winter
Leinsweiler ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die Vielfalt der Pfalz in all ihren Facetten zu erkunden (Kultur, Kulinarisches und Natur). Nützliche wie interessante Literatur über die Region ist im Haus vorhanden.
Die Vermieter sind überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in "Haus Z" verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Zur Ausstattung:
Waschmaschine, Geschirspühler, Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach), großer Esstisch (drinne & draußen) zum gemeinsamen Essen oder spielen, Kamin (mit genug Brennholz), gemütliches Sofa, TV und eine neue Terasse mit Liegen & Markise. Wir haben nix vermisst & sind nicht gerade anspruchslos!

Angemessen! Häuser in der Umgebung teilweise teurer oder günstiger (aber mit Abstichen was Ausstattung angeht)
Service:
Nach jedem Besucher wird vom Vermieter richtig sauber gemacht. Wir konnten nix beanstanden!
Umgebung:
Ruhig und man kann vieles als Wanderer erreichen (z.B. Burgen) Man kan viele Tiere beobachten, wenn man Glück hat. Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung top!
