Something very special is the generously furnished wellness area with sauna, separate steam bath, rain-dance shower and Kneipp hose on the upper floor. After the sauna you can enter the south/west facing balcony, cool down and enjoy the wide view over the nature. Relax on the provided recliner with a view and relaxed music.
Otherwise the room layout leaves nothing to be desired. The house has a spacious dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, as well as a cosy, stylishly furnished living room. The exclusive kitchen, which borders directly to the dining area, is modern and high-quality equipped (induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator).
From the dining area you have direct access to the large, furnished south/West Terrace, which invites to relaxed barbecue evenings. Terrace and Garden are located in the periphery, protected by the orientation and a hedge view, so that you can enjoy your holiday in a private atmosphere.
Families with children can spend a carefree holiday here and relax extensively. Wellness lovers will enjoy the spacious steam bath and sauna.
The beach is only about 800m away. A wagon is rented.

Was uns gut gefallen hat: Der Garten ist uneinsehbar, das ist anders als bei anderen Neubau-Ferienhäuser, bei denen man beim Grillen praktisch dem Nachbar auf den Gartentisch schaut.
Das Wellness-Bad ist ein echtes Highlight. Es gibt eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad und einen Kneippschlauch. Das alles mit Blick auf die Felder und einem kleinen Wellness-Balkon. Das haben wir so noch bei keinem anderen Ferienhaus erlebt. Austattung ist auch gut, vor allem auch für die Kinder. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner, zwei Schalfzimmer sind recht groß, hat für uns gepasst.

- großzügig geschnittener Koch-& Wohnbereich: die Kinder haben Platz drinnen zu spielen, während die Erwachsenen kochen...
- sehr modern eingerichtete Küche: nichts fehlte!
- Spabereich: gemütlich, erholsam; wer nicht gern in Sauna/ ins Dampfbad geht: ab in die Wanne mit großem Dachfenster darüber (wunderbar)
- wer mit Kindern reist: Bollerwagen, Waschmaschine, CD-Spieler, Auswahl an Büchern/Spielen stehen zur Verfügung!
- mehrere Spielplätze, ein Café (leider im Winter geschlossen) in der Umgebung
- Ostsee fußläufig in 15 Min erreichbar!
- Service: freundlich, schnell: (Tasche bei Abreise vergessen, habe sie wieder bei mir: danke!)
In diesem Ferienhaus wurde an soooo viel gedacht - da kann man gut entspannen!
