The 2700 m2 property is lush with Mediterranean vegetation, featuring 200-year-old olive trees, as well as orange, lemon, and fig trees, and is not overlooked due to being densely grown with oleander and cypress shrubs and completely fenced in. It offers numerous retreats and just as much space for children's games.
Our holiday home is comfortably and tastefully furnished. We place great importance on ensuring that you feel at ease with our personal touches. We ourselves love to cook, so in our kitchen, you will find not just a generic holiday home setup, but all the cooking utensils you will need for preparing your own meals.
For the transitional months, the rooms are equipped with radiators. In the living room, there is a large soapstone stove that can be fueled with olive wood.
Our house, with its surrounding terrace areas (approx. 300 m2), offers generous spots for sunbathing and shade and plenty of space and freedom at any time of the day with various comfortable seating options. The large, built-in outdoor grill with a marble worktop is perfect for cozy barbecue evenings with family or friends, overlooking the pool.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub
Der neu angelegte Pool lädt zum verweilen ein.
Auch die Villa selber bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das neu angelegt luxuriöse Badezimmer welches direkt an ein Schlafzimmer angrenzt.
Auch wer gerne kocht, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber der Kontakt zu Herrn Schäfer. Absolut freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir hatten tolle 3 Wochen und kommen gerne wieder
Toller Familienurlaub mit Hund
Urlaub im Paradies
Die Einrichtung der Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder sind die verfügbaren Räume (ein Kinder- und ein Elternschlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer) ideal. Trotz der Hitze sind die Räume so gut temperiert, dass wir auch ohne Nutzung der verfügbaren Klimaanlage nachts sehr gut schlafen konnten.
Besonders großartig sind die Außenanlagen mit dem schönen Garten, Pool und Esstisch unter einer Pergola. Bei perfektem Wetter waren wir somit eigentlich nur nachts im Haus.
Idyllische Oase
Das Haus liegt an einer Landstrasse ist jedoch uneinsehbar und der doch eher rege Verkehr stört nicht wirklich, ist aber hörbar.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, aufgrund der Fotos hätte ich es mir etwas grösser vorgestellt, aber zu zweit ist der Platz absolut ausreichend. Unser Lieblingsplatz war draussen vor dem Pool mit Blick auf den wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Garten. Da konnte man abschalten und geniessen, gemütlich Frühstücken, Faulenzen, in der Sonne liegen, baden. Da haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wenn wir nicht auf Entdeckungstouren waren meistens aufgehalten. Für uns wars ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wunderbares großzügiges und gepflegtes, nicht einsehbares ruhiges Grundstück mit Pool und verschiedenen Terrassenbereichen.

Engagierter freundlicher und zuverlässiger Vermieter, der dem Haus mit vielen Tipps und Hinweisen zur Region eine besondere persönliche Note gibt.
Eine landschaftlich, kulturell und kulinarisch wunderbare Region Italiens, die vom Standort des Hauses aus entspannt und sehr gut in verschiedenen Tagestouren mit dem Auto zu erkunden ist.
Traumhafte Strände in der Nähe, die man ab Mitte September fast für sich alleine hat.
Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Septemberwochen in dieser herrlichen Region und sind sicher Wiederholungstäter.
