It can accommodate up to 14 guests; the cost for each extra person is €50 per person per night. It's a space with no one to disturb you; there are no neighbors around. The entire property is fenced and in excellent condition, in a very safe and exclusive area. One of the best beaches in the world, Es Trenc, is on the island—a paradise just a 15-minute drive from the villa.

An exclusive villa on 50,000 unique square meters of green space... pool... barbecue... you can't imagine how incredible and spectacular the place is... in two Mallorcan-style houses, everything is perfect down to the smallest detail, nothing is lacking... as you can see in the 40 photos we're showing you... but we're sure you'll like it even more when you're here in person... the best vacation of your life... Important: Due to the construction of the house, air conditioning is only available upstairs in the main house... but sleeping in this villa is a unique pleasure. Happy holidays...

Nothing is shared; everything is exclusive to our guests.

Please remember that we do not allow students, external chefs, wild parties, or groups that only want to cause chaos and mayhem. We don't want this type of guest; the villa is very exclusive and has great sentimental value in addition to its monetary value. We want families, friends, and groups who want to enjoy themselves at a higher level.

Other important points:
It is IMPORTANT to indicate the number of people in your party. The base price per night covers up to 8 people. For groups of 8 or more, each additional person costs €50 per night.
Maximum capacity: 14.
Guests who will not be staying overnight at the villa must pay €50/day to enter the villa and use the facilities. However, if you hire our chef, you will not have to pay the day pass fee.
