The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, and kettle. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
