The ground floor of this impressive holiday home presents itself with a spacious, open-plan living and dining area, which is made cosy by an inviting fireplace. There is also a guest WC, a cloakroom and a large bedroom with en suite bathroom. Many large sliding and window fronts in the living room and the kitchen give a wonderful view of the pool with children's area, the sauna and the garden with many palm trees and Andalusian plants as well as access to the terraces with barbecue area.

The upper floor impresses with three further spacious and extremely modern bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The upper floor is also characterised by various terraces that offer wonderful views and opportunities to relax.

The roof terrace with outdoor lounge and olive trees round off the feel-good ambience of this holiday home.

Política de cancelación

Contract Withdrawal - If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the lease, the tenant is required to pay the following amounts to the landlord as compensation for the loss of rent:

3 months to 6 months before the start of the lease, 60% of the total rent is to be paid to the landlord.
30 to 90 days before the start of the lease, 80% of the total rent is to be paid to the landlord.
16 to 29 days before the start of the lease, 90% of the total rent is to be paid to the landlord.
From the agreed-upon start date of the lease until 15 days before the agreed-upon start date, 100% is to be paid.
If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rent.

A cancellation or termination requires a registered letter or confirmation from the landlord. The relevant date is the day the declaration is received by the landlord.

In the event that the tenant does not vacate the apartment on time, the landlord is entitled to charge three times the contractual agreed daily rate for each day started.

Adherence to this agreement is particularly important as it involves vacation rental, and there are additional rental agreements and obligations in place.

Das Haus ist sehr schick und großzügig, toller Pool direkt an der Terrasse .. die Küche ist super ausgestattet und jedes der vier Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Nach der abendlichen Sauna kann man direkt in den beleuchteten Pool springen.

Jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Wir hatten das Mas del Cullou für ein Familientreffen angemietet. Es erwies sich als hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Flexibilität bezüglich kurzfristiger Umbuchung aufgrund eines Flughafenstreiks verdient besondere Erwähnung. Alles in allem haben wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt verbracht.
