Contract Withdrawal - If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the lease, the tenant is required to pay the following amounts to the landlord as compensation for the loss of rent:
3 months to 6 months before the start of the lease, 60% of the total rent is to be paid to the landlord.
30 to 90 days before the start of the lease, 80% of the total rent is to be paid to the landlord.
16 to 29 days before the start of the lease, 90% of the total rent is to be paid to the landlord.
From the agreed-upon start date of the lease until 15 days before the agreed-upon start date, 100% is to be paid.
If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rent.
A cancellation or termination requires a registered letter or confirmation from the landlord. The relevant date is the day the declaration is received by the landlord.
In the event that the tenant does not vacate the apartment on time, the landlord is entitled to charge three times the contractual agreed daily rate for each day started.
Adherence to this agreement is particularly important as it involves vacation rental, and there are additional rental agreements and obligations in place.
