Ideal for a larger family or group of friends (up to ten people) since it has five bedrooms (each with it's own bathroom).
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a dining room (exit to the terrace, garden, swimming pool) and a kitchen. There is one bedroom on the ground floor that has it's own bathroom and a kitchen with a private exit to the backyard. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each has a private bathroom, air condition and flat screen satellite tv. Two rooms have a balcony. The garden is completely fenced and also equipped with a swimming pool (maintained with salt electrolysis instead of chlorine). Guests have at their disposal a parking lot for 3 cars, outdoor grill, table tennis and darts. Pets allowed on request.

Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.
Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist geräumig und bietet für 10 Personen ausreichend Platz.
Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet.
Wir hatten wirklich schöne 10 Tage in diesem Haus.
Für fragen steht eine Nette Hausdame schnell und unkompliziert zur Seite.
Restaurants, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.
Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne.

Tolles Haus für 10 Personen zum Urlauben
Wir sind absolut begeistert von der Villa Polion Valbandon.
Vom Erstkontakt mit Herrn Dominkovic, bis zur Haus Übergabe mit Anita am letzten Tag hat alles super reibungslos funktioniert.
Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, und wären gerne länger geblieben.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
Bei der Anreise wurden wir von Anita empfangen, sie war total nett und bei Problemen immer erreichbar. (Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, am Nachmittag wurde eine Nagelneue vorbei gebracht).
Einmal in der Woche kam eine Firma zum Pool säubern, und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde auch einmal die Woche gewechselt.
Alles in allem war es für uns ein super Urlaub und wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Sehr schönes sauberes Haus. Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Dusche beim Pool. Sonst alles Top???
Super gepflegtes Haus mit 5 (!) Schlafräumen! Der Pool ein Traum! Super vor Ort Service mit Zwischenreinigung! Besser es geht nicht!
Schöne ruhige Umgebung. Großes modernes Haus. Sauber und Ordentlich. Toller großer Pool. Wir waren zwei Familien und für knapp 2 Wochen da. Nach einer Woche wurde eine komplette Reinigung durchgeführt. Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin . Langer Strand in 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir werden wieder kommen.
Die Villa ist in einem super Zustand .. die Zimmer sind alle TOP.
Der Strand ist in ein paar Gehminuten super zu erreichen . Stella ist vor Ort & ist super lieb, immer erreichbar und man findet für alles eine Lösung.
Wir haben noch eine kostenlose Nacht dazubekommen!
