Beautiful and modern villa with garden a few steps from the sea, in Cefalù.

Villa alla Baia dei Sette Emiri has been finely restored and furnished. Equipped with every comfort and a large and well-kept garden, it is the perfect location to relax and enjoy your holidays. The ground floor houses the living area: a large and modern open space equipped with sofa, television, dining table and a fully-equipped island kitchen with oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A toilet completes the layout of the ground floor. Going up some stairs, guests can find the sleeping area, featuring five bedrooms, four with a queen-size bed, a television and an ensuite bathroom with shower, and one with two single beds.

The highlight of the house is the garden surrounding the villa, consisting of a nice lawn and a covered terraced patio with dining area and kitchenette. In addition, the villa is located within a residential complex complete with concierge service, two swimming pools (one suitable for children) and access to two private beaches.

At guests' disposal comforts such as washing machine, wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.

*Guests will benefit from two outdoor parking slots in front of the property.

*The shared swimming pools are open from the 1st of July to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

The wonderful city of Cefalù offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe clear air.

Palermo airport is around 1 hour and 20 minutes drive away from the apartment.
