The view of the surrounding gentle hills extending to the medieval city of Volterra is breathtaking. On clear days, this view can even reach as far as the Cecina Valley about 50 kilometers away. Tranquility, ample privacy, and the presence of large, centuries-old trees provide each guest with ideal conditions for relaxation and creating beautiful holiday memories.
The holiday home is designed for 8 people. Spanning 240 square meters and two floors, there is a personal retreat for every guest if needed. For social moments, the spacious kitchen on the ground floor with its dining area is perfect. Well-equipped for cozy, communal gatherings, it includes a stove, an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and a dishwasher.
Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
On the upper floor, there are two more living rooms, three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with separate beds), and two additional bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A fireplace, satellite TV, and a DVD player allow for cozy movie evenings. Fans are available free of charge.
The extensive garden with its fantastic view of the Tuscan landscape is truly something special. The central meeting point for both adults and children is the private swimming pool (open from 04.05 to 26.10) with a swimming area of 11.50 x 4.70 meters, offering the opportunity for a refreshing dip at any time. For sunbathing, there are sun loungers and umbrellas available. The large garden pavilion provides cooling shade. This is also where the barbecues and evening meals are concentrated.
