Die Möbel sind alt und schmutzig, in den Badezimmern ist Schimmel, und die Armaturen sind veraltet und dringend austauschbedürftig.
Die verschiedenen Terrassen/Balkone waren sehr angenehm, und die Villa war gut aufgeteilt. Der Pool war außerdem tief und groß genug.
