Outside the house stands out a formidable swimming pool which in its garden area has hammocks to enjoy the sun. A furnished area is always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue and a good glass of wine, every summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.
In the interior we find a large and bright room with fireplace and comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal.
The 6 spacious rooms and the 5 full bathrooms allow the stay of 12 guests with total comfort.
This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane).
