Villa Vitis is a newly built villa, near the town of Sveti Petar but thanks to its location offers complete privacy and peace. Villa is situated on a large piece of land. Surrounded by meadows and forests. The house has a large pool and a covered terrace with dining table and fireplace. Three bedrooms, bathrooms. In the common area there is a kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. At your service are: beach chairs, towels, bed linen, wi-fi, use of air conditioning, parking.

The best way to come here is by car - only 6 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 30 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wir hatten noch nie ein Ferienhaus, welches so gut ausgestattet war. Alle notwendigen Gewürze und Küchenutensilien. Schwämme, Putzmittel alles da. Hat sich wie ein Zuhause und nicht wie ein Ferienhaus angefühlt. Toll. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, der während unseres Aufenthalts 3x gereinigt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter Jelena war top und sie haben auf unsere Anliegen schnell reagiert. Bis zum Meer fährt man ca. 25 Minuten und auf dem Weg findet man Supermärkte, dm, Restaurants.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa Vitis ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin Jelena ist sehr nett und sie wohnt auch ganz in der Nähe von der Villa. Auch der Verwalter Tedi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch immer zu erreichen. Er spricht auch sehr gut deutsch.
Das Haus liegt in einer ländlichen Gegend, es ist sehr ruhig hier. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und auch ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt. Zum Meer fährt man etwa 20 Minuten.
Wir waren mit 2 Familien hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Villa Vitis ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, es fehlt einem dort an nichts. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen dort verbracht. Vielen Dank an Fam. Krizman!
