Description
You can enjoy the great view over the city, the castle and the sea from almost all rooms. The accommodation also offers a heated infinity pool (overflow pool, private pool) 9m x4m, pool heating not bookable from mid-November to March, a sauna, many open and covered terraces. A barbecue grill is available for cosy evenings.
In addition, the villa has 7 air conditioning units (cooling and heating possible) in all bedrooms and in the upper living room. For the winter months there is also a closed wood burning stove on the upper floor. Bed linen and towels can be rented on request (10.- € per person).
By the way: Winter in Denia is ideal because 90% of all cafes and restaurants are open all year round. In the winter season, low monthly prices apply starting from €650.

Totale Entspannung in einer TRAUM-ferienwohnung
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist leider der Kühlschrank in der oberen Wohnung. Leider lässt die Kühlung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das ist aber jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau .
