There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Sooo schön ...
Traumhafte Lage, gute Ausstattung (auch Küchenzubehör), viel Platz, ganz individuelle Gestaltung der Räume.
Sonnenaufgang über´m Meer, direkter Strandzugang, heller Sandstrand ohne Steine, nicht überlaufen.
Endlose Strandspaziergänge, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und zu tollen Restaurants.
Auf der Terrasse Sonne bis zum frühen Abend, incl. Sonnenschirm und Markise.
Tolle Begrüßung mit riesigem Obstkorb, Wein und Wasser.
Lars war bei Nachfragen jederzeit erreichbar, super Infos zu Möglichkeiten auf der Insel incl. Geheimtipps - danke!
Und natürlich das WLAN: Funktionierte ! Heißt aber auch, man ist erreichbar, aber unter Palmen und Meeresrauschen ist es einem egal ;-)

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer super schönen, sauberen Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand :)
Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar ein toller frischer Obstkorb stand als Willkommensgeschenk bereit.
Unser Vermieter Herr Lars Neubert hat uns am Anreisetag super herzlich empfangen und gab uns tolle Tips zu Ort, Ausflugszielen und Lokalitäten.
Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub, zu dem Herr Neubert und sein Team einen großen Teil beigetragen haben.

Fast wie zu Hause
Mögen andere die Einrichtung nicht für preiswürdig bei "Schöner Wohnen" erachten, wir aber vergeben volle Punktzahl für individuelles Design (mintgrüne Handschrift des Seniors ;-)) und alltagstauglich, ökologisch wertvolle Insektenvermeidung ;-).
Hinzu kommt die schnelle, zuverlässige, hilfsbereite und zudem unaufdringliche Unterstützung durch Lars und sein Team, die man kaum wahrnimmt.
Zu schätzen wussten wir auch Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung sowie die Privatsphäre.
Eigentlich wollten wir weniger Sterne vergeben, damit die Ferienwohnungen immer für uns frei sind :-)
