The beautiful terrace between the holiday home and the beach is about 200 m² in size.

If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant for the same period who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

Erholsamer Urlaub
Stränden rechnen musste , wurde eines besseres belehrt , so eine herrliche Ruhe , am Abend am Strand
auf der vorhandenen Terrasse zu sitzen das ist einfach traumhaft , da es zwischen Haus und Strand keine
Strasse gibt sonder nur eine Promenade hörten wir 2 Wochen keinen einzigen Autolärm .
die Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene groß genug es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und vor allem es gibt genug Schatten. super natürlich auch die vorhanden Strand Liegen die kostenlos für die Gäste zur Verfügung stehen , ich hoffe das Podaca noch lange ohne diesen ganzen Kommerz auskommt
und diese Idylle erhalten bleibt.

Ja, die Idylle wird uns ganz sicher noch einige Jahre bleiben, denn Podaca das ist ein kleines Örtchen, ohne Hotels und ohne Discos.

Es freut mich sehr, dass es euch gut gefallen hat. Nicht nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Lage wirklich optimal, da sich das Schleppen der Handtücher, Schwimmflossen, Luftmatratzen etc. erübrigt.
Außerdem stellen wir auch Liegestühle für den Strand zur Verfügung:-)
