5km promenade for running in the morning and excellent places for diner/drinks,
not too many but wit breathtaking views of the sea and mountains of the Peninsula.

Es ist alles gut zu erreichen wie Makarska ca 33 km zum größeren Einkauf auch Dubrovnik 116 km auch Ploce zum Lebensmitteleinkauf ca 14 km. Auch im Ort Podaca zahlreiche Restaurants um abends Essen zu gehen.Der kleine Laden im Ort hat auch einiges zu biet

herzlichen Dank für die gute Bewertung! Wir freuen uns, dass es euch trotz der "kleinen" Mängel gut gefallen hat.
Schade nur, dass unsere gute Putzfee die Glühbirnen nicht vorher kontrolliert hat. Vielen Dank auch, dass ihr uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht habt. Wir werden jetzt intensiver darauf achten, dass alle Lampen brennen, vor der Ankunft der Gäste natürlich. Bei Gerüchen aus dem Abfluss gebe ich immer etwas Soda und Essig. Danach sind die Gerüche weg, wie Schmits Katze:-)

Perfekte Unterkunft!
Das Meer ist traumhaft schön und auch für Kinder super geeignet. Der Strand war super sauber und gepflegt. Für die Hausgästen stehen eigene Liegen in ausreichender Anzahl zur Verfügung. Ivan und Ivana kümmern sich super um Ihre Gäste. Auch mit den anderen Gästen kommt man schnell in Kontakt und sitzt so manchen Abend länger auf der Terrasse am Meer. Wir können dieses Quartier uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Aufgrund unserers positiven Eindrucks haben wir sofort für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Dieses mal aber 2 Wochen.

Traumhafter Urlaub!!
Das Apartment 2-2b liegt im zweiten Obergeschoß. Es ist geräumig und wunderbar eingerichtet. Für Selbstversorger war alles nötige in der Wohnung vorhanden. Es gibt Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und zwei Kochplatten. Weiters einen großen Kühlschrank mit einem extra Gefrierfach.
Ganz toll für die Hausgäste ist aber die eigene Terrasse aus Holz unmittelbar vor dem Strand. Hier kann man sich schon zum Frühstück an den Strand setzen und einfach den Urlaub genießen.
Zwischen dem Haus und der Terrasse gibt es einen kleinen Weg. Auf diesem dürfen aber nur Fußgänger und Radfahrer verkehren. Der einzige mit einem Moped war der Postbote.
