In the town of Podaca, in southern Dalmatia on the Makarska Riviera, amidst Mediterranean nature, you'll find the holiday home built in a rustic style with a total of 5 air-conditioned holiday apartments, which are ideal for families with and without children, seniors, and couples. The holiday home is nestled in an idyllic swimming bay directly on the first row by the sea, so that a large, natural swimming pool is practically on your doorstep. Beautiful, long dream beaches made of fine white pebbles are the hallmark of Podaca. In front of the house is a 300 m² private terrace, equipped with tables and chairs for guests. Here you can read a good book, enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunset, or simply listen to the sound of the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for your use.
All five apartments are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV (German-language channels).
Both in front of the stone house and directly on the beach, there are large terraces with tables and chairs, where you can also enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evening - in a direct beach location.

Perfekt !!!
Die Lage ist perfekt und für uns einer der schönsten Orte/Strände in Kroatien. Auch ist die Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt um nach Dubrovnik oder Mostar zu reisen.
Hinzu kommt das Ivan & Ivana einer der besten Gastgeber sind, die wir bisher kennengelernt haben!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und wenn es mit dem Urlauv klappt, dann auch schon im nächsten Jahr!!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht!
Die Lage ist traumhaft-direkt am Strand!! Das Meer ist kristallklar und die ganze Natur einfach nur schön!
Es ist der ideale Ort, um einen fantastischen Urlaub zu verbringen.
Ein toller Ort für Kinder, da es keinen Autoverkehr vor dem Haus gibt.
Am Abend kann man auf der großen Terrasse - direkt am Meer - sitzen.
Einfach ein Traum!
Die Vermieter (Ivana und Ivan) sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, keinesfalls aufdringlich, und haben stets gute Tipps für Ausflüge etc.
Wir können das Haus definitiv empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
