The bright, friendly bathroom includes a shower and toilet, and the bedroom is lovingly furnished with pine wood furniture, including a double bed and a single pull-out bed. The large balcony offers a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains and is equipped with a nice wooden table, chairs, a deck chair, and a drying rack.

Our quality-tested, well-maintained, and lovingly managed holiday farm is situated sunny above the biathlon village of Hochfilzen and offers you a breathtaking panoramic view of the impressive mountain scenery.

Right at your doorstep, you can embark on unforgettable hikes, biking tours, or enjoy dreamlike skiing days in our 3 surrounding ski areas, idyllic winter hikes, and perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails.

Our lovingly furnished apartments all feature a balcony or terrace as well as fully equipped kitchens. The special feature are the high-quality solid wood and Swiss pine furniture crafted in the farm's own small carpentry – by host Peter. The "Heublume" apartment additionally indulges with a traditional tiled stove, as does our chalet apartment "Almrose," which also delights with its own winter garden.

Enjoy our bread roll service, relax by the stream with a small water basin, on the viewing terrace, or in the sauna hut, and spend cozy hours in the garden pavilion with a barbecue chimney.

Our younger guests can look forward to plenty of space to play: Flying Fox, trampoline, foosball, table tennis, basketball hoop, swings, and a children's vehicle park ensure lots of fun.

Our animal companions – goats, cats, rabbits, and our faithful farm dog "Ella" – are always excited for some petting.

For sustainable mobility, a charging station for electric cars and charging options for e-bikes are available.
