The approximately 90 sqm holiday apartment located in the heart of the city of Neuerburg was extensively renovated and refurbished in 2025. A fully equipped kitchen, homely vinyl flooring throughout the apartment, and two bedrooms. Long-term stays are also possible.

In Bedroom 1, you will find a king-size box spring bed measuring 180x200 cm as well as ample storage space for your personal belongings and clothing. Additionally, there is a comfortable massage chair and a workspace with an office chair. A TV with a DVD player and HDMI connection is available, allowing you to connect your entertainment devices (e.g., FireTV Stick, PlayStation, etc.) directly.

The bed in Bedroom 2 is queen-size (160x200 cm). There is also storage space for your personal items and a small reading nook. Both bedrooms feature beautiful double-glazed wooden sash windows with blinds and curtains, allowing the rooms to be darkened.

In the spacious living room, you can transform the couch into a bed for two people, and a cozy armchair is also available. A TV set with a satellite receiver is on a sideboard for your entertainment. An HDMI connection is also available here. You can enjoy your meals at the rustic dining table after a lovely day on vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, and extractor hood. Various small appliances are also available, such as a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, etc. There is sufficient storage space for larger shopping. Various utensils for cooking and serving are ready to use. The storage room offers additional space for food, travel luggage, or crates of drinks. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are also located there.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub including a shower (handheld showerhead and overhead shower). There is storage space for your cosmetics. Towels, bath towels, and a hairdryer are provided. A washing machine with an integrated dryer and an iron are available for your use during your stay.

The spacious hallway includes a wardrobe. Various books, DVDs, and different board games and puzzles are available in the apartment.
