The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a short corridor that separates the living area from the sleeping area. The former includes a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle and a juicer. The living room also has access to a balcony with table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the open air. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a mirrored closet and an access to a second terrace overlooking the communal garden. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower.

Guests will have at their disposal amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, iron and heating.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.
