Welcome to the Sonnenheim guesthouse Milders near Neustift in the Stubaital! Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet location surrounded by green and offers impressive views of the nearby mountains, including the Elfer and the Stubai Glacier. Our Sonnenheim guesthouse is just 1 km from the centre of Neustift and 2 km from the penalty lifts. The Elfer - Pinnis area is an ideal hiking resort with many popular destinations, such as Issenanger, Pinnis or Karalm. The free ski bus stops only 1 minute away and takes you quickly to the Stubai Glacier or the Schlick 2000 resort. Shops and restaurants are available within a 100 metres and the popular Milderer Lake is just 50 metres from our Sonnenheim guesthouse away. Just behind our house there is a large playground accessible to all children.

Our spacious apartment offers plenty of space for your entire family. The apartment has 2 brightly furnished double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. One of the double rooms offers a balcony with views of the magnificent mountains and the Stubai Glacier. A crib and other children's equipment are available on request. Of course, you can also use our free Wi-Fi.

When spending your holiday in Neustift you will discover a winter landscape with numerous superlatives. Choose amongno less than 4 ski resorts, such as the impressive Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen in Mieders or the Elfer lifts in Neustift. Recreational and cross country skiers can explore the winter scenery on beautiful trails. 4 sled runs in the vicinity guarantee winter fun for non-skiers as well. Nightriders will appreciate the illuminated natural runs from the Elfer Mountain or experience night skiing at the Sonnenberglift with night show. In summer you can start your hiking, mountaineering and mountain bike tours to the most beautiful places in the Stubaital directly from our house. Visit the WildeWasserWege sites around the impressive Grawa waterfall, 10 km away from Neustift. Whether along silent mountain creeks or past thundering waterfalls, hiking in the Stubaital is always a unique experience. Relax after a long tour at the nearby Klaus Äule recreational area with Kids Park or the landscaped Kampl Lake with his big play ground, volleyball and soccer field.
