This apartment for a maximum of 4 people is approx. 55 m2 in size and is located on the second floor. It has a double bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed for two more people. This apartment also offers a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a balcony with a beautiful view. The holiday home and the surrounding area are a true paradise - for both children and adults. You can reach Lake Afritz in 8 minutes and Villach in 25 minutes.
In summer you can relax on the lawn or have a barbecue in the evening. Early risers will be rewarded with a fairytale view over the Karawanken. You can go on beautiful hikes or visit one of the lakes in the area. If the sun doesn't shine for a day, you can visit one of the museums or go swimming in the thermal baths.
If you strap on your skis full of energy in winter after breakfast, the ski lifts are not far away. The ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and the border triangle are all in the area and provide a lot of variety. The little ones are in the best hands on the Gerlitzen. After a wonderful day of winter sports, you can pamper yourself in the warm thermal springs of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Wir wurden vom Eigentümer herzlich empfangen, die Lage bietet eine wirklich schöne Aussicht! Wir haben es 2 Wochen lang genossen, die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Diese Lage ist ein Genuss für Ruhesuchende, nur Anliegerverkehr. Unten ein paar Esel, Ziegen und Schafe, auf die wir uns gefreut haben. Ein Nachteil war, dass die Nachbarn auf unserem Balkon von ihrem Zimmer aus zuschauen konnten. Aber in der ersten Woche waren wir alleine und in der zweiten Woche sahen wir kaum etwas von den Nachbarn. Eine Empfehlung ist WLAN auf unserer eigenen Etage, dafür mussten wir nun die Treppe hinuntergehen, wir hatten WLAN im geräumigen Flur mit Stühlen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, bei schlechtem Wetter ist es auch schön, die Stadt Villach und das schöne Einkaufszentrum Atrio zu besuchen. Wir hatten köstlichen selbstgebackenen Kuchen von der Dame des Hauses. Von diesem Ort aus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto, die Gerlitzen-Seilbahn ist ebenfalls wunderschön usw. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

Unser Aufenthalt (zwei Wochen im August 2012) war ein Hit. Kärnten ist eine wunderschöne Region, die etwas für jeden heeft.We bieten hat, wurden freundlicherweise von der sehr hilfsbereit Eigentümer, der im Erdgeschoss wohnt erhielt, war die Wohnung in Ordnung und mit einem herrlichen Blick über das Tal in Richtung Villach und Karawanken! A sehr guter Service - Sandwiches können bestellt werden und werden von der Bäcker im Dorf zum Haus gebracht aktualisiert wird, hängt der Besitzer sie in eine Tasche an der Tür der Wohnung. Allerdings haben wir nicht verwenden diesen Dienst gibt es zwei Geschäfte innerhalb von 5 Fahrminuten ... - Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden mehrmals ersetzt, wenn wir "kam zurück in den Abend, ohne zu fragen, in der letzten Nacht wurden wir von dem Besitzer am hausgemachte behandelt Kuchen ein paar Minuspunkte: - es gibt kein Internet im Haus (wir leider übersehen hatte) - trotz einer Trennung zwischen unserem Balkon und der anderen Wohnung auf unserer Etage gab das Fenster des Wohnzimmers dieser andere Wohnung auf der Terrasse, die unsere Privatsphäre nicht profitierten, und wir nahmen den Wunsch, auf der Terrasse essen ... Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!
