The cosy holiday apartments are situated in the centre of Kaltenbach in the front Zillertal. Just 5 minutes from the accommodation, the Hochzillertal valley station is the gateway to a skiing paradise in winter. Nature lovers are in the outdoors within 10 minutes’ walk. Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and a bakery are just around the corner. The Zillertal Railway station is within 3 minutes walking distance.

The holiday apartments in Kaltenbach are ideal for families or small groups. Separate bedrooms, large open kitchen diners, bright and high rooms, and comfortable furnishings convey an immediate sense of well-being. The tastefully appointed rooms, the prime location and the green area with play area for children complete the offer.

Apartment Herbert is suitable for up to 6 people featuring two double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and two separate bathrooms. The high rooms, the roof beams and the large living area with kitchen-living room give the apartment a pleasant and homely atmosphere.

All holiday apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Cots, highchairs and bed linen will be provided. Please bring your own towels! A parking space is available in front of the house. Winter sports equipment can be stored in the ski room with boot dryer.

In your summer holidays, a beautiful forest lies close to the accommodation. The Zillertal High Elevation Road takes you to the hiking paradise of Hochzillertal from where you can explore the Zillertal mountains.

In winter, the cable car Hochzillertal is right on your doorstep. The Hochzillertal- Hochfügen ski area boasts 90.7 kilometres of slopes accessed by 39 lifts. In case of bad weather, the new recreation centre Kabooom with trampoline park, ice skating rink, skittle alley and more is well worth a visit.
