Our house is a modern architecture detached house located in the quiet, sunny district Untermühl in Kappl in Tyrol and is only about a three-minute drive and about 30 minutes walk from the village center Kappl away. Kappl and its surroundings offer many activities in our beautiful mountains in winter and summer.
