The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family house and is furnished with high-quality and modern furniture. It consists of a living/dining kitchen, a spacious bedroom, and a large shower room with a toilet. The 40sqm apartment is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 people. Additionally, there is a guest bed for a child or a third person. Motorcyclists are warmly welcomed. High-speed internet via Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available for free in the apartment.

Equipment:

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, an oven with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as dishes and cutlery. You can have breakfast at a modern bar with 3 bar stools. A comfortable couch with satellite TV invites you to a cozy TV evening. A SMEG filter coffee machine (coffee is provided), cleaning tablets, trash bags, dish towels, dish soap, toilet paper, and soap are of course provided.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed measuring 160×200 cm. Additionally, there are 2 nightstands and a wardrobe available. Our bed linen is made of cotton, ideal for allergy sufferers. The mattress, pillows, and blankets are also suitable for allergy sufferers. Furthermore, there are cozy soft blankets available. A desk is also provided for you.

In the new modern bathroom with a toilet, hairdryer, and towels, there is a generous shower available for refreshing.

Guests have their own access to the apartment via the courtyard. The apartment is reachable via a staircase. A free parking space is available in front of the door.





The final cleaning is included in the price.

The holiday apartment is located in the district of Queichheim, within walking distance of the city center of Landau and is well connected to the A65 motorway as well as public bus and train services.

On foot

The city center with its historic old town as well as the Landau fortress or the zoo are easily accessible on foot. Despite the proximity to the city center, there are very nice walking opportunities nearby, as well as the leisure pool La Ola. There are several bakeries with cafés that can be reached within 5 – 10 minutes on foot (also open on Sundays).
