From the approx. 60m² terrace you have an excellent view of the Zillertal!

Welcome to the Höllwarth guesthouse in the sunny village of Stumm near Kaltenbach in the Zillertal! Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and enjoy a relaxed holiday in our Höllwarth guesthouse. You can expect two beautifully designed comfort-apartments, each with about 100 m² of space in a quiet, sunny and child-friendly environment on the outskirts of Stumm in the Zillertal.

After a 5- or 15-minute drive you will reach the two popular skiing resorts of Hochzillertal – Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena. The stop of the free ski bus to the Hochzillertal – Hochfügen area is just a 1-minute walk away from the Höllwarth guesthouse. When snow conditions are good you can access the wonderfully groomed cross-country skiing trail directly from the Höllwarth guesthouse. The nearest restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away and the centre of Stumm with supermarket, shops and restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes.

In our newly renovated Höllwarth guesthouse you will find 2 comfortable apartments for 2-7 and 2-10 people. Every apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. From your large sunny balcony you can enjoy views of the magnificent mountain scenery of the Zillertal and end an active day together with family or friends. On warm summer evenings you can enjoy a good glass of wine on the large terrace.

Your car, motorcycle and mountain bike are safely stored and protected in our covered parking area, while sports equipment can be deposited in our heated ski room with boot dryer. On request, we have freshly baked goods delivered to your apartment every morning – perfectly starting an eventful day in the Zillertal.

With the Zillertal Activcard you use 11 cable cars, swimming pools as well as the public transport network and the Spielhochbahn for free. The Höllwarth guesthouse is the ideal starting point for hiking and leisurely as well as challenging mountain biking and cycling tours through the unique landscape of the Zillertal. Your children will surely enjoy the great summer toboggan run that can be reached in just a few minutes.

In winter, the Zillertal attracts skiing fans with its skiing resorts of Hochfügen-Zillertal and Zillertal Arena and the perfectly groomed pistes and downhill slopes there. In summer, the Zillertal offers comfortable hiking on marked trails, active climbing and fast-paced mountain bike tours in the beautiful landscape of the Zillertal.
