Satellite TV, WiFi. Living/dining room, (1 double sofabed). Bedroom. Open kitchen, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, dining nook. Bathtub, shower, WC. Central heating, washing machine, terrace, small garden. Car parking.


The apartment "gfirig" is ideal for two people with one or two children!


The extra bed is in the bedroom (loft bed), possibly you could add another bed or use the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room.


From this year on I offer breakfast in SUMMER. I will bring it to your door (without contact).


Also my flats have enough privacy - own garden and own entrance (again no contact).

Look forward to a summer holiday in the "Stubai" with a variety of opportunities for active recreation.
The seven summits form the impressive backdrop of the Stubai Valley. Nestled in gently rising meadows, the family-friendly village of Fulpmes is located at an altitude of approx. 930 m in one of the sunniest spots in the valley.
The Tyrolean capital Innsbruck is only 15 km away. Super to reach by bus and the Stubaitalbahn without stress!
Nearby: Shopping facilities, restaurants are only 15 min. away on foot or very quickly by car. Kampler lake 2,5 km, swimming pool "STUBAY" highly recommended for freshness after a hike!
Activities: Bicycle rental, tennis. The gondola lifts to the Schlick will quickly take you up to lofty, dreamlike heights. Once at the top, this region offers you a multitude of hiking possibilities. The Pfarrachalm is a popular destination for mountain bikers. Experienced bikers will certainly make the tour via the Froneben Alm to the Schlicker Alm.
Excursions to the Adventure Park and the Bird of Prey Park in Telfes are also worthwhile.
For some shopping and sightseeing, visit the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck and a trip to the Stubai Glacier is a must for a holiday in the Stubai valley.




Our apartments "gfirig"& fein" are modern and cosy and offer relaxation and tranquillity.
There is a place for children, too: Baby cot, bunk bed or extra bed.


There is also a children's playground and a cosy terrace for barbecues and chilling out!

Of course dogs are also welcome!
