You can expect a spacious, new and modern apartment on the first floor of 110 m². There is a kitchen which is equipped with a dining area, microwave, oven, induction stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, tea maker, mixer, crockery, cutlery, table linen and all utensils you need for cooking.

The living room is located separately next door. A large couch is ideal for cuddling together.

There are three bedrooms in the apartment:
No. 1: double bed with the option of a cot
No. 2: double bed with a small bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet).
No. 3: double bed and bunk bed
All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Bed linen is provided.
A large bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, towel dryer and enough storage space is also part of the equipment. Towels are provided. A hairdryer is also in both bath rooms available.

Our house has enough parking spaces.
All rooms have access to the balcony, except from the playing room.
The ski room with ski boot heater is located in the basement.

Our little guests will also feel at home with us, because a changing table, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, cot (with bedding) are just as much a part of the equipment as a small playing room in which the children can play, including a car carpet with cars, train tracks with small wagons to build up, small dolls house, etc. The older ones will also be delighted, because a bunk bed (with bedding) and games are available to them.

Our house is located in the center of Lanersbach. Ideal to experience a great vacation together with your children. Our house is only a few meters away from the ski bus and the bus stop, whether to the glacier or the Ski- and Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000, with the Tux sports bus you can easily reach all ski areas in Tux. The small lift behind our house is perfect for making first runs on ski with the children. Directly from the house you can go to the tobbogan run or to the cross-country skiing track.

If you want to take the adventure trail along the river with the children, just cross the street and you're ready to go. Shops, bakery and inns are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.

In our house there is no smoking and no pets are allowed.
