It’s not just about the height, but about what these mountains mean to people. The seven peaks - the Seven Summits - that leave an impression, tell stories, or distinctly shape the landscape, are meant to delight you. We also want to bring you joy by having you as guests in our new lovingly designed apartments.

The mountains mean a lot to us as well. This passion, this love for the mountains is something we want you to feel as our guests.

As a hiking guide and bike guide (Marion) and aspiring mountain guide and bike guide (Günter), we can not only provide you with plenty of insider tips but also guide and accompany you on unique tours upon request.

Your vacation apartment - your holiday home - is located in the picturesque Milders, a district of Neustift. Milders is only 2 km from Neustift and therefore a little closer to the glacier. So it’s an ideal starting point for a perfect ski or hiking day and much more:


The Stubai Glacier is only about 15 km and approximately 20 minutes away and is easily accessible in winter with the free ski bus. The bus stop for the ski bus is 3-5 minutes from your apartment.
In winter and summer, you can reach all other ski and hiking areas from this bus stop: Elfer lifts (Neustift), Schlick 2000 (Fulpmes), Serlesbahnen (Mieders).
Want to go cross-country skiing in the evening? No problem. Right behind the house, you can access the cross-country ski trail. And you can do this in the evening too since the trail is illuminated.
From your vacation apartment, you can set out on the most beautiful hikes and bike tours, leaving your car parked.
In Milders, just a few minutes’ walk away, there is a very special wellness bath: the Stubaital Health Lake. It offers plenty of activities for both children and adults: cross-gallows, panoramic carousel, foot massage bar, the legendary calorie staircase, a flying fox about 200m long, wellness baths, bio sauna, brine tub, fire pit, massages, therapies upon request, and a health program. And for the little guests: a separate paddling and children's basin in the lake, playground, bouncy castle, trampoline, volleyball, flying fox, and much more.
A supermarket is within a 3-5 minute walk.
Restaurants, ski rentals, and sports shops are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot.
Additional shops, restaurants, bars, doctors, and the post office are located in Neustift, which is only 3 km away.
The state capital of Innsbruck is about 25 km away and is definitely worth a visit.

In summer, the Stubai card is included. With it, you enjoy many advantages such as free use of all mountain lifts in Stubai, free travel on buses and the Stubai Valley Railway, rides on the summer toboggan run, and much more.
