The apartment, with a private entrance on a pedestrian street, has been completely renovated and refurbished with design elements. A hallway connects the living area with the sleeping area. The living area consists of an open space featuring a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso coffee machine. The jewel of this space is the wonderful sea view from the two windows, in front of which guests can enjoy meals or relax thanks to two stools and a little sofa. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, a large closet and a TV, and with direct access to a bathroom with shower.

Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating will be at guests’ disposal.
