Description

This dazzling apartment with an impressive sea view has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with a dining area, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and 4 balconies. The living room and the master bedroom face the sea. Both have direct access to two balconies overlooking the bay. Two bedrooms have twin beds while the other two bedrooms have double beds. The master bedroom faces the sea and the other three bedrooms face Zubieta Street. There are four balconies in the apartment: two balconies face La Concha Bay while the other two balconies face Zubieta Street. The first bathroom is ensuite for the master bedroom and has a hot tube. The other two bathrooms have showers. There is also a half bath just by the dinning area in the living room. Not to mention, the apartment has free high-speed internet available for the guests.

Amazing and beautiful location. Very comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to everything - beach, grocery, bakery/coffee, Old Town. So glad we found this place!

Location cannot be beat. The views of La Concha are incredible and you can walk everywhere. Beds are okay but lack quality sheets and covers. Shower curtains are old and had mold. Kitchen lacks a proper pan over 8” and most utensils are cheap and plastic. Overall you cannot beat the location but for the price they could invest in new shower curtains, beds and sheets and kitchen utensils/pans.

Beautiful apartment on the beach with a great view! Also very centrally located we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see would defiantly stay here again!

Wow - what a view! This place was exactly as described, and the photos very accurately reflected the stunning views of the beach and of San Sebastián's harbor. Within 10 minutes of the old town, this apartment was extremely spacious and light. It was perfect for a group of 8, with nobody feeling like they were on top of each other. I will definitely rent here again.

Fabulous location Amazing views incl sunset However very much let down by lack of simple household items like washing up liquid and cloth. One dishwasher tablet for five days.A welcome pack for a property of this quality would be a minimum I have come to expect. (Milk tea coffee salt, oil)As it is managed I think the owners are missing some easily added touches that would make all the difference

The view is spectacular, and the location is excellent. How do I know this? When we hired a guide (through Tours by locals, named Julen Landaluze Gorostiaga) he said as much. He proceeded to lead us around the area, pointing out excellent shops, the best places to eat pintxos, and where to get wine and food for the apartment. A note about him -- I have travelled to many places, and he is the best guide, by far, that we have ever hired --thoughtful considerate, educational, great sense of humor, and very willing to please. His goal was to teach us about the great city of San Sebastian, and more importantly, the Basque culture, and he did. If the Rentals Collection doesn't recommend him, they should. And, if you can hire him, you should. Contact him at Tours by locals.All in all, a great stay in one of my favorite cities, in a great rental unit.

I have stayed at many Airbnbs over the year but I think this was my favorite to date. The location is amazing! The apartment has a breathtaking view over La Concha beach but because it is on the 4th floor, it is extremely quiet. The mattresses were firm and high quality. It is a 5-15 minute walk into Old Town or Gros for amazing restaurants. Its a 15 minute walk to the surfing beach. The staff were responsive, friendly, and effective. I only wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely come again. There are two minor things that can be improved:1. The electrical switch that allows one to only operate the stove fan OR the hot water heater (one at at time) is really strange and confusing. 2. The towels were pretty thin and few in number. An apartment this lovely and wonderful deserves better towels!

This apartment is absolutely stunning and was such a pleasure to stay in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, the interiors chic, plenty of extra space and the views spectacular. Good for big groups, maximum 8, 2 per room. The location is super. Steps from the beach and a short walk to Super Amara in FNAC (supermarket) and a short walk to Old Town as well. Highly recommended. I always enjoy staying in Rental Collections apartments when I visit San Sebastian.
