90 - 31 days before arrival we keep the deposit.
Up to 30-15 days before arrival we charge 70% of the travel price.

In case of border closures, officially imposed hotel closures or a renewed lockdown by the government, we offer you as our guests the following alternatives:
1.) You rebook your vacation at the Veitenhof to another period. In this case, the deposit would remain with us and be used for the newly booked vacation.
2.) You cancel your vacation with us free of charge. In this case, we will of course immediately transfer the deposit back to you.
In case of border closures by the government during your vacation at the Veitenhof, you can of course leave at any time and the remaining booked days will be cancelled free of charge.

Wir hatten Selbstverpflegung in unserer Ferienwohnung. Den Brötchenservice haben wir in Anspruch genommen. Im großen Gastraum kann man sich Kaffee und gekühlte Getränke holen.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr neu und sauber.
Der Ferienhof ist etwas abseits des Dorfes aber gut mit Auto, zu Fuß oder dem Wanderbus erreichbar. Wir hatten die Ötztal Inside Summercard und sind viel mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs gewesen. Es gibt herrliche Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.
Es war ein rundum schöner & perfekter Urlaub. Die Inhaber des Ferienhofs sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage, mitten in der Natur ist atemberaubend. Wir haben viel unternommen und abends die Ruhe auf dem Hof genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Die Zeit bei den Tieren hat uns am besten gefallen. Man kann im Stall mithelfen, wenn man möchte. Den Ruhebereich, mit Blick auf die Berge, haben wir sehr genossen. Der Spielplatz und das Kneippbecken sind sehr toll. Es wird Reitunterricht, Ausritte und Kutschfahrten angeboten. Man kann an einer Kräuterwanderung teilnehmen. Sauna und Fitnessraum sind vorhanden.
Tolle Matratzen, wunderbarer Blick, angenehmes Raumklima
Sehr schön gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in unserem Apartment so wohl gefühlt! Der wunderbare Blick aus dem Balkon! Der angenehme Zirben-Duft im ganzen Haus! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Alles super! Wir möchten unbedingt noch einmal kommen!
Hoch gelegen, man ist sofort weg vom Alltag.
Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder sehr gern zum Veitenhof und genießen die familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Appartements sind individuell und modern, sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Es gibt viele Tiere am Hof und vor allem eine Haflingerzucht, für tierliebe Kinder ein Paradies. Toller Reitunterricht und Ausritte in die fantastische Bergwelt sind für Pferdefreunde ein Highlight.

Verschiedene Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, man kann aber auch direkt vom Hof in verschiedene Wandertouren starten.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Der Veitenhof ist ein wunderschön am Berg gelegener Bauernhof mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge, die Zimmer und Appartements sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, und Familie Leiter tut alles dafür, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen.

auf Ihrem "Veitenhof" haben wir einen ganz besonderen Winterurlaub verbringen können.
Die Freundlichkeit und Service zu allen Zeiten, das durchdachte Konzept mit nachhaltigem Bauen,
die vielen Angebote im Wellnessbereich haben uns, neben den täglichen Aktivitäten, eine gute Zeit
in Niederthai, Höfle, verleben lassen. Gern kommen wir wieder zur Winterzeit.
