Schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Mängel!Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung es ist dort eigentlich auch super ruhig wenn nicht der Nachbar Hund immer gebellt hätte! Schöner Pool auf der Anlage mit einen netten Bademeister der aufpasst und Dir auch gleich einen Sonnenschirm anbietet zu den Liegen! Die Wohnung liegt im 1 Stock was kein Problem ist und die Ausstattung ist sehr nett ! Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür!Da wir eine Woche da waren hätte ich mir einen Staubsauger gewünscht um die Wohnung mal kurz durchzusaugen zwischendurch da ja doch etwas Dreck anfällt! Und traurig bei dem Preis das es nur 1 Rolle Klopapier gab bei der Ankunft! Die Küche sollte man genauso Sauber wieder hinterlassen wie man Sie vorgefunden hat sonst müsste man 50 Euro zahlen!Finde ich aber auch schwierig wenn es nur 1 Lappen hat und 1 Geschirrhandtuch von Reinigungsmittel mal ganz abgesehen! Da ich schon gelesen hatte hatte das es nur eine Illy Kaffeemaschine gibt hatten wir die Kapseln schon besorgt aber die scheint auch nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung zu sein da der Kaffee sehr mickerrich da rauskommt! Bei uns ging der Herd nicht nachdem wir den einmal den Strom komplett ausgeschaltet hatten funktionierte er dann wieder! Der Wasserdruck in der Wohnung ist auch sehr schwach was bei einer so hochwertigen Wohnung doch schade ist!
Wunderschöne Wohnung aber schrecklicher VermieterLage war toll und sehr ruhig, ebenfalls war die Wohnung top. Grosser Swimmingpool, nicht sehr weit von der Wohnung. Neben der Anlage befindet sich ein Golfplatz mit einem schönen Restaurant.Wohnung war nicht geputzt, Hornissennest auf dem Balkon. Das Schlimmste war allerdings: Wir mussten den Wohnungsschlüssel bei der Verwaltung in einer anderen Ortschaft (20 km entfernt) abholen. Das Büro war dann nicht aufzufinden (Adresse im Navi stimmt nicht). Wir sind also zur Wohnung gefahren, wo uns ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter der Überbauung die Wohnungstür öffnete. Erst 1 Std. später erschien ein Angestellter der Verwaltung und händigte uns den Schlüssel samt Wegbeschreibung vom Büro zur Wohnung aus. Bei der Abreise erneutes Chaos: wir sind wieder zur Verwaltung gefahren, um den Schlüssel zurückzugeben. Wieder erfolgloses Suchen des Büros, so dass wir zurück in die Wohnung gefahren sind und den Schlüssel auf den Küchentisch hingelegt haben, wir haben daraufhin die Verwaltung per SMS informiert.Seit 15 Jahren sind wir Kunden bei Booking (ein- bis zweimal im Jahr verbringen wir Ferien mit Booking) und so etwas ist uns noch NIE passiert. Wir überlegen uns ernsthaft, nicht mehr mit Booking Ferien zu verbringen.
Pretty home in a pretty area, good communication from host. Had to purchase dish soap/dish washer pods/paper towel/toilet paper for the home which was a little inconvenient. Other than that no complaints!
Wir waren zu viert für ein langes Wochenende hier. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr wenig los auf dem Gelände, wir hatten den Pool für uns alleine. Das Gelände ist weitläufig und die Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern perfekt für 2 Paare/Familie. Schöne Küche und gute Ausstattung. Ein paar wenige Restaurants in Fußnähe, Auto war in jedem Fall hilfreich. Wir würden wieder kommen.
The house is in a wonderful gulf resort with a lot of green around. The appartment is very nice but some details avoided that we could really enjoy our holidays in May/June 2023. The internet was not working since the owner had not paid the fee. We got a hot-sport from the agency but that was very poor, no access to Netflix, .... The air-conditioning needs some overhauling, the automatic was not working and it was a bit too noisy. We had 2 great TV sets which we could not use, only Italian channels. The pool is nice but was not opened during our stay. After spending some good olive oil the doors were working smooth. These are all only small things but when renting a luxury apparatment we had expected a little more...
Prima appartement, lekker ruim. Nette badkamer en keuken. Fijn balkon, en ruime kamers. Minpunten, minder goede bedden, matrassen en een niet goed werkende wifi.
EccellenteOrganizzazione. Contatti in tempo reale, costanti, precisi, puntuali. Struttura spaziosa, luminosa, arredamento nuovo e gradevole, esterni molto curati. Praticamente immersi nel verde. TV di buonissima qualità nell',ampio soggiorno ed in ogni camera.La caffettiera troppo particolare. Una Illy a capsule dedicate introvabili. Non è stato possibile fare il caffè. Assenza di una moka da poter utilizzare sulla cucina ad induzione. Assenza di pentole e tegami di dimensioni adeguate per cucinare per 4 persone
