The approximately 75 m² large 2½-room apartment is in a sunny and central location in the heart of the enchanting town of Orta San Giulio, whose medieval core with its narrow streets often serves as a backdrop for film shoots. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old palazzo and is lovingly furnished, partly with antiques. From the living/dining area, thanks to the two French doors, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, the island of San Giulio, and the mountains. With the windows open, you sit here as if in a loggia and can enjoy the unique view. It's best to come and see for yourself and be enchanted! Directly from the house, you can comfortably do everything on foot. Consequently, during your holiday, you only need your car for excursions in the surrounding area. The lake and boat landing are about 100 meters away. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and the central Piazza Motta can be reached on foot in one minute. There are bathing facilities about 400 meters away, and the public beach is about 1.5 km away. Hiking and mountain bike tours can be started directly from the house.
