Bright and cozy apartment in the heart of the village of Bellagio, a few steps from the pier, the bus station and the beautiful Villa Serbelloni.

The apartment, located on the first floor of a house in the center, spreads on two floors. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a large living room featuring a sofa, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The second floor hosts the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony and a bedroom with two twin beds and, on request, one pull-out single bed. A bathroom with bathtub and shower, a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete the layout.

To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
