Charming loft apartment with balcony, on the third floor with elevator of Palazzo Asmundo, a historic building dating from the 18th century, located opposite Palermo Cathedral.

The house is on two levels; it is well furnished and very comfortable.
It is accessed from the living area furnished with a sofa, table, and television. On the same floor is the bathroom with shower and the kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle and oven.
Stairs lead to the open loft where the sleeping area is located, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed.
To top it off, a small balcony overlooking the cathedral completes the layout.

Guests will have access to: washing machine, iron, free wi-fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating for colder days.
